How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 5 - 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders over $100.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of their delivery date, for store credit only. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and have tags attached. Receipt of purchase must be included in return package. If returned merchandise is received beyond the return deadline, not in original condition, or is missing tags, credit will not be issued, and the merchandise will be kept at store. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and must include tracking. Alternatively, you may return your item in store. Sale items, masks, gifts without a receipt, jewelry, and accessories are final sale.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift certificate for the original price. Note that gifts must be returned within 30 days of the date on which they were purchased.
